Get-The-Name-Right Tip
When interviewing anyone OTHER THAN a fellow student, ask for a business card. That will give you not only the correct spelling of the person's name but also correct title and correct name of organization. Keep a file of all the business cards you collect after noting the date received and any other reminders you might need about the source. You never know when such information might come in handy.

Business cards : are always useful,it will have all the details to contact that person if not by email, by phone, visit a website or having a fax.
As Dr.J mentioned the correct name of a person, and its the worst thing to misspell a name in an interview :)
If there is no business card to present, I would recommend to spell the name property on a paper while interviewing.
If you interviewed someone, and you wanted to reach them later on, it might be difficult. People those days don't carry address books, so collecting business cards is somehow useful.
I also agree with this idea
Business cards are useful ,.
i will do this next time and ask for it
This is a tip if someone gave you their bussines card.

spelling the name properly on a paper while interviewing is very good idea. especially with long and weird names like Alejandro Rodriguez!
